Please see the picture in the attachment.
Is it normal behavior or is there any error with me?
When I reply to a post, I see a 3x visual editor. I understand that editor 3 will remain below (see picture), but I don't understand the editor 2.

@vit-hofman WP-Rocket won't have any relation to that - at the worst, if it was the cause, I'd expect the visual editor to not load at all rather then be duplicated. I think another plugin perhaps is causing this issue. Do you have any other TinyMCE plugins active ?

I'd also suggest you deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation, to find a conflict maker plugin.
