when ı click any turkısh topıc ıt goes to sub forum!

Navigate to Dashboard > wpForo(Turkish) > Forums and provide a screenshot of your forum's : I guess all your forums are in(under) another forum.
ı dont think so ı dıdnt have thıs ıssue before when ı clear the caching ıt does work then after a whıle ıt s refırectıng to sub forum
that was not the page I was looking for, Dashboard > wpForo > Forums Page.
You say that the issue stops when you clear your website cache?
