beta-3 doesn't have wpforo-ru_RU.mo / po yet, it's empty. It'll be added in beta-4. But for now you can download the attached zip file, unzip and upload/overwrite with current
/wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-languages/wpforo-ru_RU.mo
/wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-languages/wpforo-ru_RU.po

files.

Then make sure your wordpress language is Russian.
