Hello. I am using wpforo forum. But when i login, it is not logging in directly. I have to refresh the page, to see logout button. And also when i make some posts, they are not immediately visible in the forums. I have to again refresh to see the new posts. And sometimes, the old sections keep loading and the new changes are not visible. I have to again refresh to see the same. and that too hard reset using 'ctrl+shift+r' buttons. can you please help me with the issue ?

If you are using a cache plugin, exclude wpForo from it.

@tutrix I am not using any cache plugin. Infact, i have gone through all those steps. But still. I have to always use 'ctrl+shift+r' to see updated content.
