[Closed] User role does not adhere to user group

Hi all!

I have a big problem here, I hope you can respond soon as I have not been able to launch my forum because of this problem that I cannot solve.

I was testing different permissions for user groups, and by accident I deleted the Customer group, which I had associated with a special user role.

I tried to link it to the "ARMember" user role again, but when I click the sync button, nothing happens. Indicates that there are 0 members. When so far there are 52 users with that role.

The strangest thing is that if I scroll down in the user profiles area, the 52 users appear synchronized with their user group.

But for the forum it is not like that. I am attaching images so that you can appreciate it better, I hope they help me since I have done everything, I have synchronized several times and deleted cache but nothing happens.
