Hello,

I've created a new user group for testing and have disabled all options in this group.

But it seems that many of the options aren't doing anything. 

For example, I've found that these still work, despite them being unchecked for a specific user group:

• Can have signature.
• Can view avatars.
• Can view member username.
• Can view member title.
• Can upload avatar.

Things like "can view members" and "can't view profiles" seem to work as intended (the user cannot view them if the option is unchecked). 

Is this a bug or am I just using it wrong?
