Hello, firstly I love this forum, thank you for making and supporting it.

My issue is that some users can't see the forums.

In the footer "Forum information" shows "216 members" but when I click "Members" this shows "Forum members" (with profile photos) and I count 123 members.

Screenshot: In the wp-admin under Usergroups, there are 5 admin, 4 mods and 114 registered members. Under user roles Subscribers lists 207 users and shows "synched"

We're using memberpress with two memberships, honorary (free) and member. The forums are members only and open for both membership types.

Do I need to buy the memberpress integration? Would this fix the problem? Appreciate any help.

Manual workaround:

  1. Edit a user who is a "subscriber" but not showing in the Usergroups correctly
  2. Change them to "Customer" (or other non admin role)
  3. Save
  4. Edit them again and change them to "Subscriber"
  5. Save

This seems to get the sync working.
