I noticed that posts would show as unapproved in my admin dashboard but I could not view them. Even after switching the option of manual approval, I still cant view them?
I used the clear cache and such buttons in the main admin panel for the forum and it started working again, why would it stop, any idea? I mean there must be a reason, would it be the cache. Would not allow any posts and kept them all under unapproved but no link, just showed how many and unapproved?
Just remove caching from wpForo page (the one with the shortcode). NO caching with wpForo.

BUT in any case fixed or not, no caching plugins work right with wpForo. EXCLUDE the forum page.

@dimalifragis It was excluded before, I had this issue before and made sure. Yes, the issue is fixed as I had said, just wondering as to cause, WpForo is excluded or at least i think so, this is what is excluded, please correct if wrong but I think that is all there is, no?

Maybe not correctly excluded. Maybe "*" is not supported and maybe it is not needed. Or capitalizations. I dunno.
