Hey,
When I view my website in my mobile; safari / chrome and click on the forum in the menu, the whole website is fixed, and refresh does not make any sense anymore. Do any of you know what that is about?
I have already turned this question to the template makers.

We don't see any problem n mobile. Form displays and works fine on mobile devices. Please delete all caches and check with other devices. Also please leave some screenshot of the problem.

Hi Robert,

I made a video of what exactly happened.

- after the click on forum, menus no longer work
- part of the website (further down) no longer visible
- website is locked
- iphone 6S plus, cashe emptied, updates are like custom line at

What are the possibilities to pass by? to be able to remedy this?

I think this is a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all plugins and test it again. Also this maybe Ad code conflict. Try to disable all ads, delete all caches and test in a mobile browser where you can delete cache. Use private session or so. Mobile browsers has hard cache and it's hard to see difference.

Here is an example of website which use the same theme and wpForo works fine on mobile:

Hello Robert,

We had contact with the template maker, who has done another update: https://themegrill.com/changelogs/colormag-changelog (the latest date)

On your advice, and on the advice of the template maker, we have deactivated the plugins.
We found out that the problem is clearly in wpforo!

We greatly appreciate that you want to see how you want to solve this problem for us.
if possible / desired, we can put you in touch with the template maker ...
if desired, we can make you a manager, so that you can take your own pulse height in the back of the website.
