This may be coming from my "master" theme (I'm using JustWrite and will also post on their support forum), but perhaps you know what it is and how to remove it.

There is no any relation to wpForo plugin. I simply don't know what is that. I think you have some calendar plugin which automatically adds menu item in all menus. Or maybe, this is your theme component, check the theme settings or disable other plugins so you can find the origin.

@robert Thank you. Can you see my post about people not being able to reset their lost password? I am trying to get an answer for that. It’s my most urgent problem.
