When a new user has registered, I would like to send him a warm welcome. I searched here, and it seems that, to send an email, I have to use a 3rd party email service, like MailChimp or others. As this is far from being free, I would prefer to redirect them to a page.
So, I tried using this (see image below), but nothing happens, there is no redirection, it stays on the Forum.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there another way to do this ?

Hi @le-bear,
You can insert the needed text in "New User Registration Email for User" template from wpForo > Settings > Email Settings.
The redirect after Registration option can be used when "User Registration email confirmation" option is disabled.
So the users don't need to confirm their password through mail.
