Hi @beyondforce,

This is the core WordPress TinyMCE lib. It loads separate very small js files for link, emoji and other small plugins so you see those files loading. This doesn't affect your forum speed, because the TinyMCE is only loaded for logged-in users, it's disabled for search bots and not-authorized visitors.
