I see it's translated. The (2nd) Utilisateur is the same Customer, as far as I see it's translated incorrectly. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page and check all usergroups.

You were right. I checked the wpforo-fr_FR.po file, and the "Customer" entry is translated as "Utilisateur". I'm french and for informaion, the correct french translation is "Client" 👍 .
