@robert - If I use the "Heartbeat Control" plugin and use the "Disable everywhere" option mentioned in this post, will it affect wpForo?

I'm sorry but I have no answer here. I don't even know what means "Disable everywhere" option in "Heartbeat Control" plugin. I'm not familiar with this plugin. The best way is enable this plugin and check in real situations. If you found some problem then they are not compatible.

Thank you both again. It seems like I've waded a little too far out of the wpForo world and into the regular WordPress world. I'll let it rest here. Thanks for your help.

On second, thought, maybe you can let me know if you think my current setup is inadequate for wpForo.

Here is a screenshot of Google Analytics for the past few months showing traffic volume:

And the hosting plan that I'm on is Shared Hosting with Cores of 2x2.1 ghz and Physical Memory of 2 GB. It's the Turbo plan (last column) listed here:

The hosting plan looks very good (but it can only "look" good, i have no idea). Litespeed server also.

The stats you posted show a low trafic site, am i correct ?

Do you have any other statistics from Cpanel Load Stats for example ?

Do you know how much simultaneous PHP Entry Procesess you are allowed (10 or 20 or ??? ?)

Do you have a caching plugin for the REST of the Wordpress site  (not for wpForo) ?

About the plugin, set it to Modify and set to 60 seconds (from default 15). That would be fine.
