I have created a total of 6 forums and I have deleted 3 of them, but the statistics still say that there are 6 forums. I have cleared all caches and updated the forums on the dashboard. Still says I have 6 forums...

No effect. I also previous cleared the browser cache. Checked with Safari, Firefox, Opera and Vivaldi.

I am on a Mac so Command + R twice with no effect.

@frokjar

Please, one more time:

  • navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page, click on "Save forums order and hierarchy" button.
  • navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page click on the [Update Forums Statistic] and [Delete All Caches] buttons.
  • if you have some cache plugins delete those plugins caches as well
  • also please delete server caches and check again (don't forget to press CTRL+F5 on frontend)

Sorry. No difference. Keeps saying 6 when there are only 3.

No. But I had implemented a plugin that hides the menu partly. Disabled now.
