The image is a bit distorted, but are you referring to the developers console ? If so, press F12 again and it'll disappear.

Those are all formatting tools for posts. Are you sure you want those to go away?

They're not even here on these forums, just the "icon bar" with bold, italic, etc. And they don't really match the theme very well.

This is related to the cache, optimization and content minification plugins. please delete all caches disable all content minification/optmization plugins, press Ctrl+F5 and test it again.

Also make sure the "Disable Visual Editor" option is not disabled in Dashboard > Users > Your Profile admin page.
