Hi,
I used Go2wpForo to migrate from Simple Press.
Forums and posts seem to have migrated but the file attachments haven't.
In the pre-migration dialog (see attached file) it only asks for the attachments folder, but Simple Press has separate folders for images and media, these aren't included in the migration, how come??
So, I'm wondering why the attachments haven't migrated, and why other files types aren't included in the migration too.
I have the Advanced Attachments add-on installed and it was installed before migrating.

As per the info here Migrate to wpForo – wpForo – WordPress Forum Plugin your Go2wpForo tool should have migrated attachments, it did not.
And now that it hasn't, you tell me to pay for support to fix the issue that your tool created.
