I installed the Advanced File Attachments plugins then I activated it when I want to modify in the parameters Front-end Phrases to translate France into French when I save my modifications it does not work thank you for your help

This is a known issue, it'll be fixed in the next version.
Workaround: you can translate the phrases save it, then go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on the [Delete all caches] button, and you'll see the changes.
Also, please not all paid addons are being supported in the gVectors.com forum. Here we only support issues related to free wpForo plugin.

BTW: you can also disable the "Enable Options Cache" option, so the value of the options will be saved immediately (without deleting the caches). The option is located in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab.
You should use the forum icon in "Forum Icon" section. More info here:
