How about making 'Vimeo API' addon?

But,

Please, don't intergrate 'Vimeo API' with 'wpForo Embeds' addon.

Some people don't need 'wpForo Embeds addon' features.

If you have the wpForo Embeds addon it'll embed Vimeo video URLs and show the video player on the post: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-embeds/
