I currently own several wpForo products (Advanced Attachments, Embeds, and User Mentioning). We’re planning to change our domain name as part of a brand rename.

Besides updating the name within WordPress and running the necessary updates in MySQL, is there anything else I should do to ensure everything continues working smoothly after the domain change?

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Hi @fitijiken

If your addons license is a Single Site license, before changing the domain you should go to Dashboard > Plugins admin page and click the [Disconnect License] button for each addon. This will allow you to activate the license keys on the new domain. Otherwise you'll get error activating your addons on the new domain.
