No, it is not for wpForo to handle this, Wordpress does all that. Registrations, Logins, Emails. All what you say above have nothing to do with wpF...

Robert explained clearly that this is a WORDPRESS matter and had nothing to do with wpForo. Please search for a plugin that does what you want.

I'm not saying this is your problem, just saying NO caching works right with wpForo.

No caching plugin works well with wpForo, ESPECIALLY the one you use.

Not sure if this problem you have is related or not, but press F12 and see 3+ js errors or conflicts you have in the forum page (and maybe everywhere)...

If you press F12 what do you see in console for errors?
