"Critical Error" means nothing. Enable Standard Wordpress Debug to a log and post here what EXACTLY the error is. Otherwise we can't guess.

@ryen91 What you have is not a caching plugin for Wordpress. It is a server cache. Contact your hosting provider for this.
Don't do MASSIVE changes and updates ever. Do it by small steps, otherwise you will be lost. Solve your issues one by one.

This is not related with wpForo but with Wordpress. Ask at Wordpress.org, there are several plugins to help you in that.
Also why don't you use some really good and established seo plugin, like Seo Framework?
