I get three error messages in a browser window when registered user clicks he submit button.

The line number on the first two lines changes depending on the user id.  The line number on the third line seems to remain the same.

If I back out of the error message, I can see the post was successful.

Any help greatly appreciated as this site is supposed to go live on May 9.
