Hi.
it would be possible to add a button without responding to the administrators, 
that is to say that selecting the button you can see the queries that are waiting for an answer

Thanks for answering. Exactly what I need is a button that shows the queries of users that are not closed and that are not answered by a manager. The option you indicate shows the queries that are not closed but also show those that are answered by the administrator

In the "Not replied posts" we see only the posts that waiting for an answer. See the screenshot below:
