It seems to be available in many languages, but it is translated in Haitian (Creole)?

They follow WordPress language setup and Haitian is not yet part of the list of native languages.

I'm sorry but the Haitian Creole language has 0% translation, you can contributed here: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/hat/default/wp-plugins/wpforo/
