There is a field where I can enter forum rules for users, but I can't find where users can see these rules. I need support on this

Your users can see the forum rules on the registration page under the sentence I agree with the forum rules.

This is unfortunately not possible. We are not a forum site so I use a different sign up page. So when the user enters the forum, I want to show these rules at some point. If I can't do this within the forum, I'll add it to the design manually.

navigate to wpForo > Settings > Privacy & Forum Rules admin page. But wpForo doesn't have option to add those Rules in different forms.

As I mentioned before, we are not a forum site and therefore we cannot display these rules on the registration pages. But we added that to the design. Here is a short video for you;
