Hello Guys,
i am searching for a forum which i can set to "private". The user must login to see the forum. Is this function available?

Yes, wpForo has option to create private forums.

Check the Doc link, the Doc was created for wpForo 1.x version, but all works with wpForo 2.x also, just some settings are set in different paths: https://gvectors.com/how-to-set-up-private-forum/
