hi, can anyone help me?
im using the tags in my wordpress page, and when i add new posts following the tags, the number of posts beside the tag name doesnt increase, but when i click the tag to look at the posts that are under that tag, the correct number shows up
like for example i have 3 posts that use the same tag, "Business", but the number beside the "Business" tag in the wpForo sidebar is 0 instead of 3
however, when i click "Business" and it filters the posts, i see all 3 posts.

Could you please provide a screenshot?
Also please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend and check again.
Then go to the Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on [Delete all caches] button. If you use some other caches plugins, delete those plugins caches as well.
In any case, please leave your forum URL.

Please exclude the wpForo Forum page from your cache plugin!
Almost all cache plugins should have an option to exclude pages from the caching process. You should exclude your forum home page from the WP Rocket cache plugin. This is very important.

hi, thanks for all your help so far, i have excluded the forum page from WPRocket cache, but it still isn't updating
i added /forums/(.*) and also tried adding /php-forums/(.*) to WP Rocket > Advanced Rules >Never Cache URL(s) list according to the link you sent
Please follow the steps provided below:
1. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > Tables sub-tab. If you see Database Errors, click the [Solve Database Problems] button.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page, and disable the cache options provided in the screenshot below and check again:
hi, there were no database errors, and i disabled the caches but it still didnt refresh
also i had "Enable Options Cache" instead of "Enable HTML Cache"
after i disabled the caches, i saved the settings and cleared cache on WPRocket, could there be something else that im supposed to do for the changes to reflect? i tried opening it in a new tab and also in incognito but its still the same
