Is there any third party affiliate or referral plug-in that works with wpforo? I’d like to, for example, offer £5 for a user that refers a new user that registers on the site and say makes five posts.

Bringing this older message to front as not answered and I have related problem.
I am using WP Affiliate and use of a referral link eg .../support-forum/ref/999xx/ results in a 404 warning.
Any way to use a referral link to open up forum? Our forum is open to public here, but with members only write access:
