I was looking for a forum plug. I found wpforo.
Works great 🙂 I have 3 problems and I don't know how to solve it.

1. I want to block the addition of links in the content of the post so that no one can add a link in the content of the post.
2. Friendly links site.com/category-forum/topic/
3. Custom SEO for each forum category, custom meta data, also custom meta (custom title, custom desc, canonical).

I don't see why you ask this question. wpForo topic URLs are SEO friendly, like this topic:

Forums have custom description field for SEO, but you cannot set custom title and canonical URL:
