Hi Friends.
I've created a separate registration form to my site (as I needed to populate different user profile metas)
I've also installed New User Approve plugin, since I need an admin to check and approve new user registrations.
The Problem is that even if the user is still waiting to be approved, I can already see him in the members list.
Can you please advise what I'm missing here?

You should edit the usergroup in wpForo > Usergroups admin page and disable the "Display on Members List" option.
BTW, wpForo has a built-in user manual approval system (do not use it with other user approval plugins). Please read the documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/settings/login-registration/#enable-user-manually-approval-system
