I've been struggling with this ! Googled and searched the forums, to no avail.

I'd simply like a tooltip (like this) for the notification bell icon, to say 'Notifications' on hover - has anyone implemented this? Is it easy enough with CSS or do I need custom code?

I see! I guess it's only when there are zero notifications then, and the user is a bit confused by the presence of a mysterious bell!
