Is it possible that when a user starts a topic or replies on a topic they automaticly follow this topic ?

Yes, there is an option to automatically tick the subscribe. Enable it.

The option name is "Topic subscription option on post editor - checked/enabled". It's located in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page:
