As the forum admin, I'd like to make announcements to all the forum users. Is there a way to automatically subscribe all users to a forum?

I'm sorry, but wpForo doesn't have an option to subscribe all users to a forum.

I'm sorry but you cannot mention groups in a topic. Only wpForo PM addon has option for creating conversation group and mentioning Usergroups.
