Hi @uccio,

Sure, all settings related to topic/post approvement are located in Dashboard > Forums > Tools >Antispam Tab.

By default new registered users are under spam control. Their posts will be automatically set unapproved if wpForo Spam Control suspects it. The status of new user is based on number of posts and the option is located on the same admin page. Also, you can enable "Posts must be manually approved" for new registered users.

All unapporved topics and posts can be found in Dashboard > Forums > Moderation admin page, and on forum front-end > Recent Posts > Unapproved Posts option in post filter dropdown menu.

You'll get email notification when a new unapproved topic is created, it depends on your settings in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Emails Tab.

@uccio

There is. In wpForo core there is an incomplete Italian translation, if you change your WordPress to Italian in Dashboard > Settings admin page you'll see which phrases are translated, which are not.

For more information how to translate wpForo, please read this doc: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/translation/how-to-translate/
