Hello,
I realize that WPFORO takes much longer to load than the rest of my site. I use WP Rocket and I would like to know the best settings to use to optimize WPFORO

No caching for wpForo. None. wpForo has its own caching.

So, there are no best settings for WP Rocket, since it MUST be disabled for wpForo pages.
