I've been reading the forum and can't seem to figure this out - As admin I am unable to delete posts of regular members in the forum. There is no button for it !

Thank you so much in advance for your help. I have included a screenshot showing how my delete button isn't there!

Hi @gasatrian,

I suppose the users Usergroup is Admin and they have Full Access in forum settings. You should navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page, edit the Full access and make sure these permissions are enabled:

  • Can delete topic
  • Can delete replies

Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard click on [Delete all caches] button and check again (press CTRL+F5 on the forum frontend).

Thanks so much for the reply - I've done that and still there is nothing. I use WPBakery Page Builder - and saw some WPBakery aren't compatible. Is that a reason why? I also don't have the ability to delete the posts under Moderation, I can unapprove a post but can't see it to re-approve it.. Very strange... seems as though it is an access issue but I have full access to everything

Even when I disable WPBakery though, it still does not work so I dont think its that  😔
