I cannot move topics anymore. When I click to move, nothing happens.

Try this: press f12 and check your browser's console for errors.

Only a scroll-linked effect error but no other errors.

Could you please record a video when you try to move the topic and leave it here?

Also please make sure the Console tab is opened when you record a video.

Oh, I just noticed that I cannot post or edit anything either.

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page, edit the following two accesses and make sure all checkboxes are checked and check again:
