I just have built online forum with wpForo, the problem is i can not display the category description. Could anyone help me how to solve it? I have read the previous thread with the same question, but i did not get it. Thank you.

You are using the Threade Forum Layout. It only displays descriptions in the tool-tip:
If you want to display descriptions on the main forum list (forum home) you should use other forum layouts:
