Hello, I use a plugin from wp forum. I have problems when new visitors register on my WP. The email notification does not exist. I check in the spam box there is also no email notification. Am I wrong in setting the WP Foro plugin?

The new user registration email doesn't have any relation to wpForo and to the options in screenshot. wpForo emails are only related to New Topic and New Replies. The New User Registration email is performed by WordPress Core. You should make sure your wordpress and the hosting server are able to send emails. Please follow to these instruction, it may helpful:
