I enabled the facebook login, but it does not show up on register/login screen. I tried 3 different browsers and it does not show up.
Why is it not showing?

It's a cache issue. You should be able to reproduce that.
Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Go to the wpforo 'register' page and use the facebook button. Logout and got to the login page of wpforo. The button doesn't show up anymore.
Same behavior when you just switch between the login and register page, or when you login once and you log out, the button is gone after the first time.
Only clearing the cache brings the button back.

The browser cache.
As you've already mentioned this is a browser cache issue. There is no way to fix this from wpForo side. In most cases people don't get such problem. I think this is your browser configuration specific issue. Try other browsers and devices. I'm sorry but we can't fix browser cache issues. This is out of plugin environment.
