Since the latest update all my forums topics appear as if they had zero replies when there are in fact topics with a lot of replies, I tried clearing cache, update topics statistics and all and it still shows that way. any ideas?

Hi @wendell,

We were correct, the issue comes from MySQL query execution. It returns 0 if there are two conditions in SQL and if these SQLs are executing very fast in a loop. We've added double condition indexes in according tables and the issue is fixed. We'll check it during a few days and make sure the "0" counts are not back again.

I seem to be having this issue as well. New forum but the statistics broke pretty quickly into it. I sent an email to support. Screenshot attached.

I followed all the steps you've listed so far...

Including:

-Clearing the cache and updating the statistics in the dashboard (in multiple different orders)

-removing any plugins i thought my be conflicting

-deleting the entire forum after deactivating along with any embeds and reinstalling and reactivating.

The only thing I haven't tried is sending you my admin login details, would this be necessary to fix this?
