So ... I want to know if there's a way to apply the Wordpress Comments Administration rules ( https://wordpress.org/support/article/comments-in-wordpress/#comment-administration) to the Guest Posting rules of the WPforo.

If you mean the moderation feature wpForo has its own built-in spam control feature. Please read this support topic:

If the answer is not correct please try to explain what you mean on the other words.

In the Wordpress Comments System there's this option that i want:
"Comment author must have a previously approved comment: This option will allow you to cut down on the number of comments you have to approve. Once you approve one comment by an author, their future comments will be automatically approved."
