Please make sure the topics of those tags are public, not private. And those are not in a private forum. Also, make sure those are approved. And, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on the [Delete all caches] button.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables section and check the database table issues. If you see any, please click on the [Solve database problems] button.
Currently, we see only two topics, that don't have any tags. Please create a new topic with some tag, for example, "test" and check how the search works with the "test" tag.
We guess you'd had the topics with those tags before and somehow removed the topics (probably from the database) and don't remove those tags.
