I've signed in as a moderator, and I see the view I've attached in the Word file.

I don't see any button for Sticky Posts.  How do I turn that on?

Hi @nickf,

You cannot stick posts, you only can stick topics. And the button to stick a topic is located in first post. Make sure the Moderator Forum Access has appropriate permission to stick topics in Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page.

Thanks for your help.  I did find the documentation that pointed to where the "Sticky" should be, but it's not there.

I went to Forums/Settings/Forum Accesses and looked in the Moderator Access settings and every single box is ticked.  Still no "Sticky" icon.

Is there somewhere else in settings that I need to turn Sticky Topics on?

You should also make sure your Usergroup is attached to Moderator Forum access in all forums one by one if you want to moderate.

Hi Robert,

How do I attache Usergroups to Moderator Forum accesses?

I've looked under Forums/Usergroups and there is a Usergroup called Moderator which is set to Default Access "Moderator."  Is there something else I need to do to enable Sticky Posts?  I should say that Reply, Quote, Solved, Private, Close, Report, Approve, Edit, and Delete are all functioning.  Just Sticky is missing.

Also, I've had another post that hasn't been addressed in 7 days.  Could you have a look?   https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/need-to-synch-old-users-but-keep-them-anonymous/#post-22135

Thanks!

Nick

You should attach them in all Edit Forum page. Also make sure you've delete all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
