I am new user of WP Foro but have a idea on how to use the old version as I watch some tutorials of it. But the latest version of the WPforo Forum don't have the option of updating forum Title and Descriptions in General section.

Where I can find them?

The settings you're looking for belong to the Forum Board in wpForo v2. So you should edit them in the board settings: wpForo > Boards > Edit Board. The documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/categories-and-forums/forum-boards/
