This is a well known issue, it is currently investigated. Just wait for a fix.

Done. You already had a user account - subscriber role. I changed it to Admin and sent a password reset link if you need it.
Same here, a/w fix. The only bug that I've found in an otherwise smooth upgrade. 👍
We couldn't find this bug. There is no such problem in our testing and live websites, so the only way to fix this is having an admin access to a site where the issue exists. We're waiting someone who can send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address to let us find the problem maker and fix it.

Interestingly, I have another forum site and this issue does not occur. (Maybe something to do with double-optin, enabled or not? I don't know).
