Hi @Alvina,
Thank you so much for your reply and for identifying what caused the redirection. I have now replaced the shortcode with the URL to go to the forum page ( https://authentic-self-empowerment.com/ase-supervision-group-forum/).
I disabled "can view topic" for users because those topics are supposed to be visible only for a certain group of people and not for all customers who ever registered for other reasons (for example bought products).
When I do a test registration on either clicking on the "register" button in the URL above, or on the login page: https://authentic-self-empowerment.com/ase-supervision-group-forum/?foro=signin, the test user is unable to see the forum or any of the posts. The message is that no posts were found. See screenshot attached.
Can you reproduce this issue? How can it be resolved?
Thank you.
Please can you go to https://authentic-self-empowerment.com/ase-supervision-group-forum/ and register as a new user. What do you see straight after having signed up? I see the same than in the screenshot provided in my last post. No foro and no posts.
Where do I do this again please? I am i forum access (see screenshot) but I don`t think that´s the right place?

Hi @janjan. You can check the "Forum Permissions" under the Specific Forum.
"This is the list of all CAN‘s. You can allow or restrict accesses by checking/unchecking according CAN. This set of accesses called as Forum Access. In Forum settings you can attach one of Forum Access to certain Usergroup, thus each usergroup will have different access/permissions in different forums. For example if you want to keep private a forum and only allow Admins to have access you can set No Access to all Usergroups except Admins in add/edit forum page."

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Before posting, I had already set the forum permissions as I would like them to be. In my case, I only have one forum and when people sign up for that forum, they feature as "ASE Supervsion group". As you can see on the screenshot, I gave them standard access.
I believe that the wpforo is awesome, I just seem to be having some configuration issues.
Your support is much appreciated.
