Hi, I'm not sure it's called "header", but look in the image, under the home icon, I have a box with text "Welcome!......".
How do I change the text in there?

Sometimes it requires clearing the wpForo cache to be changed. Once you made some changes in the Admin Note editor, go to wpForo > Overview admin page, scroll down and click [Delete all caches] button.
