Hello,
How can I set the position of the "working-dot-cycle"? It's at the top right, but I think, the users don't see it there. Also the "speech bubbles".

I'm sorry but there is no option to change the location. Believe me people see it very well.
The "Working" phrase can be changed in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page
